Knocking on doors, standing with neighbours, rent strikes and people power. With leaders, activists, and community organisers this session will examine the fascinating history and celebrate the work of tenants’ organisations in Ireland.


Tuesday 23rd May 2017 – 7-9pm
Getting Women’s Rights on Track – The story of the contraceptive train (May 1971).

This event will celebrate the story of the contraceptive train through music, drama and storytelling (told by the women themselves), and will examine the impact of the train on Irish life.
