Following the escalation of Dublin to level 3 of the National Covid-19 Plan, all classes and indoor tours and events are suspended until Monday 12th October, or until the level 3 restrictions are lifted.

We were really enjoying welcoming you back for our indoor tour and classes. But! All is not lost as we’re lucky to have two outdoor tours running at Richmond Barracks which can continue to operate in line with government advice and social distancing guidelines.

We’re delighted to announce that the Richmond Barracks to Kilmainham Walking Tour and the Goldenbridge Cemetery Tour will now each be running twice a day.

The Richmond Barracks to Kilmainham Walking Tour guides you through an area of the city that is steeped in Dublin’s rich historical, political and cultural landscape, while the Goldenbridge Cemetery Tour provides stark insight into 19th Century Irish life – from Famine victims to former Taoisigh.

So if you’d like to delve deeper into some of the extraordinary history on Dublin’s doorstep, we’d love to welcome you on an outdoor tour.
