Join Dublin’s Historian-in-Residence for Children Dervilia Roche for this free, interactive workshop for children aged 9 – 12 at Richmond Barracks.

As we prepare to celebrate St Brigid’s Day, discover the fact, fiction and folklore of Brigid as goddess and saint. Explore the rich and varied stories about her life, learn about traditions associated with her, and make your very own St Brigid’s Day cross.

All materials will be provided.

For your own safety and that of our staff and other visitors, all visitors attending indoor events and activities at Richmond Barracks will be required to bring proof of Covid-19 vaccination or immunity, and matching photo ID on arrival at the building. Visitors must also wear a face mask for the duration of their visit. Further info on accepted forms of proof of immunity can be found here: https://bit.ly/3DMxjyh

Children under the age of 12 are not required to present proof of vaccination status.
