Revolution Farm and Kitchen

Spread the Revolution

Slow, caring cooking is our favourite way of preparing our oyster mushrooms. The flavours combine and develop to give you deep, rich sauces that can be the centrepiece of any meal.

Revolution Farm and Kitchen will be in the Garden serving mouth watering food featuring their own homemade sauces.

They started their project in 2020 like many budding Covid lockdown entrepreneurs.

Along the way they have learned about growing mushrooms, retrofitting containers, jarring sauces and a whole lot more. Don't miss them at the Christmas Fair!

Good Vibrations

Good Vibrations is a sister ran social business with a mission to create more spaces in the city centre for connection and community. Serving Upside Coffee (a speciality roaster hailing from Richmond Road on Dublin's north side), they are also dog friendly with treats ready and waiting on the counter for furry visitors and have a selection of fresh pastries, vegan and gluten free cakes and bakes to accompany your brew.

You will find them in the garden.

Mugshot Coffee

A social enterprise focused on supporting people and believing that we all deserve a fresh start when we need one.

Returning after a successful time Christmas Fair, Mugshot Coffee will be on hand serving delicious coffee and a range of sweet treats.

You will find them in the Garden.
