Make a video about history in your area!
Children aged 9 – 12 are invited to take part in a new video project, exploring the local history within their 5km radius, as part of the Historian-in-Residence for Children programme.
Young people across Dublin City are encouraged to visit places of historical significance within their locality, record short videos documenting the sites, and submit questions about the locations’ history to Dervilia Roche, the inaugural Historian-in-Residence for Children.
Parents and guardians of children interested in participating are asked to email Dervilia at email@example.com for full details.
The Historian-in-Residence for Children is a partnership between Dublin City Council Culture Company and Dublin City Libraries.
