Little Fitness

Jump, stretch, shake and dance. Get your little ones, aged 4 - 10, moving in a fun activity designed to help them move their bodies and get their happy buzz.

Boys/Girls Age 4 -10 - Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. Please bring water.

Little Fitness is Social Enterprise providing fun, inclusive educational fitness classes to children experiencing homelessness and living in
marginalised communities.The programme focuses on supporting children to reach physical milestones, to encourage social interaction
amongst peers, to allow children to take part in non - competitive activities, to help build resilience, grow confidence and develop their physical and mental health through participation on the programme.


The workshop is led by Sinead Ryan of Little Fitness.
