Led by our dancer in residence, Aoife McAtamney, this weekly workshop celebrates the joy of movement.
Join our over 55s movement sessions on Monday mornings for a series of energising warm-ups and simple movement combinations. Guided by Aoife, the group works together to explore and improve physical mobility, coordination and mental wellbeing. Expect some joyful movement, good music, and positive energy to start your week off!
No experience is required and newcomers are always welcome and encouraged.

These workshops are part of our Culture Connects @ Richmond Barracks programme. Culture Connects is a year-round programme that invites people in Dublin to try out new things. We offer ways for people to make and create together, to share ideas and connect through culture and conversation.
