DanceFlow is a 45 minute dance workshop led by our dance artist-in-residence, Aoife McAtamney. During the workshop, Aoife will guide you to dance at your own pace, using your own intuition. Move calmly or expressively, to music with a continuous beat – this is your dance!
Dancing together is great for your mind and body, and participants often feel a sense of mental, physical and emotional ease plus a renewed sense of energy.
No experience needed and beginners are very welcome to join in.
Wear comfortable clothing and have water on hand. We aim for our virtual workshops to replicate our in-person sessions and we recommend that participants keep your cameras on for this reason.
