Celebrate the joy that movement brings in these “try it out” sessions for men and women over 50, using the art of movement to explore and improve physical mobility, coordination and mental well-being through energising warm ups and simple movement combinations.
Sessions are led by dancer and choreographer Aoife McAtamney.
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes.
No experience is necessary and all sessions are free of charge.
As Dublin is currently at level 5 of the National Covid-19 Plan, these sessions will be hosted online via Zoom.
