This year's Christmas Fair is taking place on Saturday and Sunday, November 29 and 30 at Richmond Barracks, Inchicore. The fair is open from 11 am to 5 pm each day.
We're delighted to announce that vendor applications are now open.
The closing date for applications is Monday 20 October.
The Christmas Fair will celebrate the winter season with lots of unique gifts and seasonal crafts and products to buy. People can also try something new at our various family friendly workshops for all ages and enjoy the festive music, hot drinks and treats.
The fair is a great opportunity for small businesses, crafters, creators, producers and social enterprises to show off their work and ideas.
We’re looking for a range of vendors that will suit the theme of this fair, showcasing seasonal fare, products and crafts.
Our fair is curated and invites applications through this open call for vendors. If you would like to sell your goods at this fair, please apply to be a vendor through this open call application process.

Our fairs are family-friendly, with entertainment and creative activities for all ages. There will be workshops, stalls, entertainment, and food and drink. Our guided walking tours will also take place on both days.
Bring your family, friends, and curiosity for a day of exploration and discovery. Admission to the Fair is free. Our building is accessible, with safe parking for bikes and for buggies. Dogs are welcome.

These Fairs will showcase the talents of creatives and social entrepreneurs whilst providing genuine gifting options and a wonderful atmosphere for all to enjoy.
People can attend cultural / creative workshops during the fairs and learn about the Culture Company’s Culture Connects @ Richmond Barracks programme, our annual programme for repeat visits for other cultural and creative adventures.
We will have entertainment provided by performers in our gardens, and there will be tea, coffee, and food available to purchase.
The fairs will provide an opportunity for artists, businesses, and social enterprises to showcase what they do and to build their own creative and business networks.
Inchicore Library will be open each day, and along with all their usual services, they will have a special selection of books available that relate to the theme of each particular Fair.
Photography and videography takes place at each Fair for promotional purposes. These photographs or videos may be used on our website, in our programmes, on our social media and for further promotion. If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed you can just let us know.
Harvest Fair 2025
Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 September
Theme: Eat, Grow and Make
Our Harvest Fair celebrated autumn, abundance, and nature.
Visitors came together to meet artists, makers, producers and small businesses as we celebrated the season. The theme for this fair was 'Eat, Grow and Make'.
The fair had something for all ages including creative workshops, stalls, music, and food and drink. The newly expaned Inchicore Library was open throughout both days and our guided walking tours also took place on the Saturday and Sunday.
Spring Fair 2025

Theme: Renewal - celebrate new beginnings, growth, and the importance of renewal in life and nature
Visitors came along to meet artists, makers, producers and small businesses as we celebrated Spring through our theme of Renewal. The theme celebrated the idea of new beginnings, growth, and the importance of renewal in life and nature. People took part in eco-friendly and sustainable workshops, and enjoyed food and drink, and a wide variety of entertainment in our beautiful blooming garden. They visited stalls showcasing and selling sustainable goods and handcrafted items.

Theme: Christmas crafts and gifts, celebrating the winter season
Visitors came together to meet artists, makers, producers and small businesses as we celebrated the winter season. They took part in our various family-friendly workshops for all ages, and they enjoyed the festive music, hot drinks and treats, and going on walking tours. They also enjoyed browsing stalls from businesses, craftspeople, and artists, with many unique gifts and Christmas things to buy.
Richmond Barracks St. Brigid’s Day Fair

Theme: Creativity of women, Spring, Brigit, and St Brigid's Day
We welcomed Spring and celebrated Brigid’s Day at our February Fair. Visitors stopped by and shopped from women in business - artists, makers, social enterprises - attended family-friendly workshops, indulged in food and drink, and enjoyed a variety of entertainment.

Theme: Upcycle, recycle and reuse
Our Summer Fair was all about upcycling, recycling, and reusing. People visited stalls showcasing and selling upcycled gems and recycled treasures. They took part in eco-friendly workshops, and enjoyed food and drink, and a wide variety of entertainment in our blooming beautiful garden.
Richmond Barracks Harvest Fair

Theme: Harvest time - eat, grow and make
As we welcomed Autumn, this Fair celebrated the abundance of the Harvest, growth, and nature with a cornucopia of seasonal-related foods and stalls showcasing crafts by talented makers. As always, there was lots of lovely food and drink available, and a wide variety of entertainment to enjoy in our garden.
