This year's Harvest Fair is happening on Saturday and Sunday, September 13 and 14.
We're delighted to announce that vendor applications are now open.
Simply click this link or the button below to fill out your application.
The closing date for applications is Monday 4 August.
Our Harvest Fair for 2025 celebrates autumn, abundance, and nature. Our theme for this fair is 'Eat, Grow and Make'.
The Fair is a great opportunity for small businesses, crafters, creators, producers and social enterprises to show off their work and ideas. It's also a chance for everyone to learn more about living in a way that's good for the planet.
“I highly recommend taking part in the Fairs at Richmond Barracks - it's such a well organised and welcoming event! There's a great atmosphere, a lovely mix of stalls, and people genuinely come out to explore, support local makers, and enjoy the day. It was a pleasure to be part of it.”
“The fair was an amazing platform for vendors - great footfall, positive energy, and the perfect space to showcase our work. Highly recommend it!”
“Richmond barracks events are a must-see for everyone. The visitors will love the vendors, and the vendors will love the visitors!”
If you're a vendor offering food, crafts, flowers, jewellery, or other products and services that fit our Harvest Fair theme of ‘Eat, Grow and Make', we would welcome your application.
Our Fair is curated and also invites applications through this open call for vendors. From the applications we receive, we will select a range of food, services, crafts and products that will be suitable for the Harvest Fair.
We also invite vendors for visitor refreshments (food and drinks) to get in touch to provide refreshments for sale to our visitors on the day. We have outdoor spaces in our garden for coffee stands, food trucks and vendors.
Please keep in mind that this application is for taking a stall at the fair and committing to:
Should your application be successful, a fee of €70 will be requested to secure your booking.

The application deadline is Monday 4 August 2025.
If you’d like to get involved but are unsure if what you do would suit the fair, ask us! You can contact us at fairs@richmondbarracks.ie. We’d love to hear from you.
