Vendor applications for our Christmas Fair 2025 are now open

This year's Christmas Fair is taking place on Saturday and Sunday, November 29 and 30 at Richmond Barracks, Inchicore. The fair is open from 11 am to 5 pm each day.

We're delighted to announce that vendor applications are now open.

 

About the Christmas Fair

The Christmas Fair will celebrate the winter season with lots of unique gifts and seasonal crafts and products to buy. People can also try something new at our various family friendly workshops for all ages and enjoy the festive music, hot drinks and treats.

The fair is a great opportunity for small businesses, crafters, creators, producers and social enterprises to show off their work and ideas. 

How to Apply

We’re looking for a range of vendors that will suit the theme of this fair, showcasing seasonal fare, products and crafts.

Our fair is curated and invites applications through this open call for vendors. If you would like to sell your goods at this fair, please apply to be a vendor through this open call application process.

What we are looking for:

• Businesses / makers / enterprises / artists / social enterprises and charities.
• Those who share a real interest in sustainability and environmentally friendly produce.
• Those who can demonstrate a range of products and giftware that will be suitable for the fair's theme - crafts and Christmas gifts. 
• We also invite vendors for visitor refreshments (food and drinks) to get in touch to provide refreshments for sale to our visitors on the day. We have outdoor spaces in our garden for coffee stands, food trucks and vendors.

Other important information for vendors:

Please keep in mind that this application is for taking a stall at the fair and committing to:

• Trade on both Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 November 2025 - it is essential that you can take the stall for both days.
• Staff your stall or trading unit from 11 am to 5 pm each day.
• Be able to carry enough stock for the weekend.

Should your application be successful, a fee of €70 will be requested to secure your booking.

Vendors will get a 6ft trestle table. Display walls can be requested if needed to display products to the best possible advantage.
