African Vibes

At African vibes we bring the vibrancy of African print fabrics to Ireland in our products. We sell wrap skirts, home textiles, jewellery and Zimbabwean stone crafts. Let’s celebrate colour together. 

A Little Idea

Ali is a Designer and Maker from Dublin, creating laser cut acrylic statement jewellery, and other handcrafted accessories.

Her designs are inspired by decades past, each pair of dangly earrings are called after fashion icons. Her handcrafted jewellery is full of colour with pops of neon, very lightweight , unisex and fun to wear.

Using greencast acrylic where possible, and other recycled materials such as discarded industrial brass, Ali keeps her brand and styles as sustainable as possible.

Her new collection of headbands are made with organic cottons and vintage fabrics. Her designs have seen her nominated for awards, and featured in TV and print media. Her work is stocked in many beautiful independent stores.

Aquarius Sea Jewels

Handcrafted sea glass jewellery made with love. 

Each piece is hand-picked on our adventures around Ireland from the wild Atlantic way to the Irish Sea.

Each piece is made from discarded glass that is tumbled in the ocean for 50 to 100 years and finally appears as a beautiful piece of jewellery signifying hope, renewal, and resilience.

Clemence Prosen is a visual artist, a surface pattern designer and a calm-life advocate.

She creates original paintings and also pattern designs. Her art and designs are inspired by the calm beauty of nature and mindful moments of life.

She makes fine art prints of her paintings and illustrations, Prints of Irish counties, and greeting cards, and she creates products under her brand Calm Space to bring calm to your home: soft blankets and cushions, candles and a deck of Artsy Mindful Cards.

Clover Rua make giftware using our own designs and drawings created locally in Dublin 12.

We have framed and unframed prints. Or our ever popular colourful tea towels. And cards to go with them.

All our products use sustainable and environmentally friendly paper, card, fabrics, ink and materials.

Crafty By Nature

Amanda is a designer/crafter/crazy-dog-lady based in Dublin 8. She specialises in upcycling part vintage tea sets into luxury candles and one-of-a-kind mosaics.

“I never met a teacup I didn’t like! I take the well-loved pieces - the chipped, the broken and the cracked… the favourite cups with the gilding loved off. I remake them into something pretty and special!”

Being particularly blessed with clumsy friends and family, and having a near obsession with mooching around charity shops gives Crafty by Nature a lot of material to work with.

Our first principle is that the most sustainable way to upcycle vintage china to suit modern living is to reimagine it by changing it as little as possible. 

Vintage tea cups and saucers are reimagined as soy candles that are vegan, eco-friendly and can be used again as teacups once the candle has burnt out. 

Cracked, chipped and broken china is hand-cut into mosaic tiles and combined with recycled art glass for mosaics inspired by the magic of nature and folklore. Each piece is meticulously crafted and unique. 

Crafty by Nature also combines other handmade items - silk lined sleep masks and aromatherapy pillow sprays to make relaxing gift sets.

And the crazy-dog-lady part? 10% of all proceeds will go to Dogs In Distress - an amazing charity that rescues dogs, gives them a soft place to land with a kind foster family, and places them in a loving forever home. Crafty by Nature loves dog-friendly markets, and always brings treats for furry friends!

Enagh Farrell Illustration

Enagh sells a selection of her illustrations as archival prints, greeting cards and original art.

Her greeting cards are printed in Ireland on recycled card and are designed to be framed. She makes small, original paintings on wood that she found in a local skip. This gives the wood a new life instead of being dumped or incinerated.

Enagh is interested in connection to the natural world. Her work is inspired by mythology and stories that establish a connectivity between ecology, spirit and history of place.

I am a local historian, poet and author. I am also chairman of the Inchicore Francis Ledwidge Society.

I will have my own books for sale, which include the histories of Richmond Barracks, of Goldenbridge Cemetery, of the CIE Railway Works and of the Iveagh Trust in Dublin 8. 

I will also be selling secondhand, good as new books.

Wonders of Waste bags is a women’s livelihood project which uses 100% recycled plastic drinks pouches, the skills and talents of women and a network of volunteers to create bags which carry stories of hope and change.

Working together we address the huge problems of poverty reduction and single use plastic waste management.

Start to finish each stage of making a WoW bag is done by hand. This is time consuming.

The result is a uniquely crafted bag, the work of many hands, with a great story to tell about he importance of Fair Trade, of helping people to help themselves, of reducing waste and of seeing possibilities.
