Richmond Barracks

Biodiversity Walking Tour

Take a closer look at the biodiversity of Inchicore with our resident eco-gardener Polly Rowley-Sams. You will learn about the ecology of the locality and hear about the flora and fauna that can be found within it. The tour route takes in St. Michaels estate, along the canal and back towards the village of Inchicore. It also takes in some unexpected local treasures. This tour has been developed in collaboration with local environmental groups and highlights the important role we can all play in supporting biodiversity locally.
